Chanukah is a Jewish holiday—an annual celebration of resistance and religious freedom. Chanukah always falls during the coldest, darkest time of year—a time when we all need warmth, light and hope.

As part of this event, we encourage families to bring new pajamas in any kid's size to benefit HelpOurKids, a local organization that provides goods and services to foster kids in Western Mass. We are doing this effort in collaboration with PJ Library of Western Mass. and Women's Philanthropy.

We will also take pajama donations at Temple Israel through the end of the month. The donation bin will be located in the Temple library.

Brought to you by Hawks & Reed Performing Arts Center and the Roots & Branches Family Education program of Temple Israel Greenfield.
