Troll2
Our story begins some time around 2011 or 2012 in a basement in Jamaica Plain, MA, but we’re not sure exactly when or how. From somewhere in the gaps between an ill-fated acoustic doom metal band, several unfinished concept albums, and an untold number of pseudonyms scrawled onto open mic sign up sheets (each one filthier than the one before), we suddenly found ourselves in a band together, stuck with the most recent name we had decided to call ourselves by. I assure you, we never meant for any of this to happen. Still, we somehow managed to find our way, and today we play our Bluegrass Soul Punk in basements and bars across Boston and beyond, enlightening people about important social and political issues like climate justice, addiction, carpet bombings, our breakups and alien abduction, while also inspiring mirth and dance. Soon, we hope to see you out there with there with those people, laughing, learning, living, loving, lusting, loathing, looting, loitering...
Driftwood Soldier
Driftwood Soldier
Driftwood Soldier isn’t your average mandolin-bass foot-stomping gutter-folk duo.

Growling and crooning, muttering about lost love, brimstone, and the glorious view from the underside of a rusty world-order, Owen holds the rhythm on mandolin and foot percussion. Bobby takes the opportunity to stretch bass notes into lyrical vines that vibrate somewhere north of your liver and flower unexpectedly at night.
eRATT
Austin & Elliot
Based in Western Massachusetts, folk duo Austin & Elliott is comprised of singer/songwriters Chris Elliott (voice, acoustic guitar) and Lisa Austin (voice, hand drum, 6-string banjo). “Dark and irreverent” (Radio Nowhere), their original songs tell stories of love gone wrong and death done right. With driving rhythms, bracing harmonies, and thought-provoking lyrics, Austin & Elliott have performed their "fun original take on folk" (CBS Boston's Best Singer-Songwriters) since the early aughts on stages around their native Northeast.

“Beautifully crafted tales of introspection and woe.” - Northeast Performer Magazine

“Dark and irreverent… a modern approach through the dark heart of classic country and Appalachian ballads.” - Joltin Joe Pszonek, Radio Nowhere
